In uncertain times like this it’s often hard to know our place in all of it but if we show up just as we are and do our best with what we can offer that often ends up being the most beautiful powerful thing. I’ve always used social media as a place to share the good and inspirational that is happening all over the world and realized that now more than ever we need the good in one place where we can have unlimited to access to everything beautiful going on out there with everything challenging going on in our lives currently.
Introducing THE LIGHT.
A space on my site that where I’ll continuously add the good I find as I find it. The name comes from a Rumi quote that resonated with me and reminded me that we can be the light we seek, especially in the darkness.
“If everything around seems dark, look again, you may be the light.” RUMI

And as we spend our days at home, slowing down I made a playlist for us. The link is below. Over 7 hours of songs that gave me a sense of ease and feel peace and hope as I listened to them. I'll keep adding to it as I hear more songs that make me feel that way so we'll always have it for whenever we need it. I like the idea of all of us at home, being safe and listening to the same songs.
